The Essentials Duo pairs Boka’s fluoride-free n-Ha Toothpaste with our PFAS-free floss for an easy daily oral care routine. The toothpaste features nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha), a biomimetic mineral that closely resembles the material naturally found in teeth, making up approximately 97% of enamel and 70% of dentin. Paired with floss coated in vegetable wax for a smooth, comfortable experience, this duo brings together two everyday essentials designed to work seamlessly together.

Boka Adult, Kids & Travel Toothpaste:
Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush gently for two minutes, twice daily. Great for adults and kids.

Boka Floss:
Pull out your desired length of floss and cut using the built-in cutter. Wrap the floss around your fingers, leaving about 1–2 inches free for control. Gently guide it between your teeth, curve the floss around each tooth, and move it along the tooth surface. Use a fresh section of floss as you move from tooth to tooth.
